Testimonials

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our realtor, Steven Metcalf. Throughout the entire process of purchasing the Cervantes Street house, Steven supported and guided us in ways that only a true professional of his caliber could. This was not an ordinary real estate transaction, and Steven’s professionalism, knowledge, patience, and dedication made all the difference. He stood by us through the challenges, helped us navigate the complexities, and provided the guidance and reassurance we needed along the way. We always felt that he had our best interests at heart. His commitment, attention to detail, and ability to guide us through a complicated process truly set him apart. We are incredibly grateful to have had Steven in our corner and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond for his clients. He is an exceptional professional, and we would gladly work with him again!

Well Steven Metcalf was third and final agent I worked with. The first it was just a sign in the front " crickets" the second said I had it listed way too high. Thank you STEVEN! Sold at my price!

We literally had the best time working with Steven! He was fun to be around, always so professional, and punctual. His knowledge and dedication towards helping us was nothing short of outstanding. There was never any sort of stress on our end and if he ever felt any we had no idea! He always had such a positive outlook and great energy. It’s obvious Steven takes his craft seriously and truly cares about his clients wants and needs. The whole process was truly a breeze and happened so quickly we could not be happier. We were on a bit of a time crunch finding out first home and Steven made it happen! One thing that stood out was how he made us feel as clients; we felt secure and supported throughout the entire process. He’s so personable therefore I always felt like I could bother him with any questions that I had, big or small. As first time buyers, we didn’t have a clue about much so Steven was truly a lifeline in this world of real estate. We recommend him to everyone and can never say enough great things about him. We are truly so thankful we met and got to work with him!
